A school has celebrated “outstanding” results after pupils picked up their A-Level grades this morning.
Toby Sutherland, headteacher at St Clement Danes, in Chenies Road, Chorleywood, put his students’ success down to their hard work and dedication, alongside that of staff.
Sharing the “fantastic” results, the school said that 44 per cent of pupils achieved A* or A grades, 16 per cent secured A*, and 76 per cent of students received A* to B.

Mr Sutherland said: “Congratulations to all our students on your outstanding examination results.
"Your hard work, dedication, and perseverance have truly paid off. We are incredibly proud of your achievements and the progress you've made.
"Remember, this success is just the beginning of all the great things you can achieve. Keep striving for excellence.”
St Clement Danes School is rated ‘outstanding’ by Ofsted and had 1,596 pupils on its roll at the time of its last inspection, including 397 sixth formers.
