Police have upped patrols in an area of Watford amid concern over a group of balaclava-wearing males.
Reports of the group being seen in the Holywell area spread among residents yesterday (August 15).
Herts Police were in the area to look into the rumours during the afternoon and a spokesperson has now made a statement confirming the force is taking action.

“We would ask residents to report any suspicious behaviour to police.”
