Part of the M25 was shut for hours as a man was taken to hospital after a three-car smash.
Herts Police warned motorists that the M25 Junction 18 slip road was closed yesterday (August 13) following the crash at 6.19pm.
A silver VW Amarok, a red Renault Captur and a blue Audi Q4 e-tron were involved as road signs and traffic lights were also damaged, where the slip road meets the A404 Rickmansworth Road, Chorleywood.

The East of England Ambulance service took a man to Watford General Hospital for checks.
It was not until 9.15pm that the force were able to reopen the road to traffic.
While the road was closed, police told people to avoid the area amid M25 congestion nearby.
At time of writing (8.30am August 14), there are currently long delays near the M25 in Rickmansworth Road.
However, this is the result of BT Openreach utility repairs near the junction with Wyatt’s Road - which are not related to the crash.
