A proposal to convert a listed building into a pub is among the latest planning applications submitted to Watford, Three Rivers, Dacorum and Hertsmere councils.

The Watford Observer reported this week that CESA Developments Limited has applied to Watford Borough Council for permission to convert the Garde II listed old Station House, in St Albans Road, into a pub.
