The “controlled waste” was broken furniture, household furnishings and parcel packaging, according to court documents.
It was left in or on Dodds Lane, Piccotts End, Hemel Hempstead, “without the authority of a current environmental permit issued under the Environmental Protection Act 1990”.
The informant in the case was listed as Dacorum Borough Council. The defendant’s guilty plea was apparently taken into account when the sentence was imposed.
Eco Clear Waste Management LTD declined to comment when approached by the Watford Observer.
