Research has revealed Hemel Hempstead's cheapest and most expensive streets where properties can fetch up to £2.7 million.
The top nine most expensive streets all have seen the average house sell for over £1 million in the last five years, according to analysis of Land Registry figures by auctioneers Property Solvers.
Sheethanger Lane came top in the town as three properties have sold for an average of £1,526,666 since 2019, with Box Lane coming in second at £1,459,142 and Longdean Park at £1,411,100.
On the other end of the scale, the cheapest road to buy a property in was Epping Green, where nine homes sold for around £135,000.

Gilroy Road and Oatridge Gardens also represented some of the best value for money with average property prices coming in at £150,166 and £159,111.
Property Solvers co-founder Ruban Selvanayagam noted that one house in Longdean Park went for £2,750,000 while other properties in Hareham House, Moorview House and Brookfield House apartment blocks sold for under £78,500.
The figures show there is a difference of over £2.6 million between the most and least expensive properties in the town
