Chorleywood Health Centre had the happiest patients in 2024, taking the top spot from Bridgewater Surgeries - last year's best performing practice for overall satisfaction.
Chorleywood, based in Lower Road, received 57 per cent ‘very good’ ratings and 36 per cent of patients thought it was ‘fairly good’.
At the other end of the table, 30 per cent ‘very good’ ratings and 27 per cent ‘fairly good’ ratings saw Suthergrey House Medical Centre in St Johns Road receive the lowest proportion of positive results.
Half of the remaining responses were ‘neither good nor poor’, so only 21 per cent provided negative feedback, and the practice is rated ‘good’ overall by the CQC.
The England-wide survey provides practice-level assessment of patient experiences at their doctors.
It asks residents questions on a range of topics including making appointments, access to online services, and out-of-hours services.
