Two Watford homes have been eyed for conversion into a HMO and separate flats.
Permission to convert the garage at 37 Holywell Road and build an extension above and behind it was granted in April.
On the back of the successful planning application, the applicant has sought permission to divide both it and the neighbouring property up.

Number 37 would become two four-bedroom flats while number 39 would be turned into an eight-bedroom HMO.
The flats would share the existing front door, which would lead to a hallway splitting off into two separate entrances. Each would have a kitchen, living room, and dining room on the ground floor, with one also having a ground floor bedroom.
The flat with the smaller ground floor space would have four first floor bedrooms, while the other would have one and two more in the loft conversion.
At number 39, the HMO is proposed with three ground floor bedrooms, three on the first floor, and two at loft level. It also includes a kitchen/dining room.
The proposal, submitted yesterday (July 17), is currently pending council consideration.
