Police have reappealed for the public's help after a missing 16-year-old from Borehamwood was spotted in another Hertfordshire town.
Lewis first went missing almost three weeks ago when he left home at around 12.45am on Sunday, June 23.
Update: Police confirmed on Monday morning (July 15) he has been found safe and well.
The 16-year-old is described as being around 5ft 7in, with brown hair and brown eyes.
Lewis was last seen wearing a green woven tracksuit, white trainers and a white t-shirt. He also has a new tattoo of an ‘M’ on his upper right arm.
Police have now said he also has links to Welwyn Hatfield, Hertsmere, and Hendon in London, as well as Watford and Bushey.
Officers are “growing increasingly concerned” for Lewis’ welfare and urged residents to report any information on 101 or online at herts.police.uk/report, quoting ISR 777 of June 26.
They asked anyone who is with Lewis or has seen him in the last few moments to call 999 immediately.
