A Watford man accused of attempting sexual communication with a child is in custody ahead of a crown court appearance.
On Saturday (July 6) at Wolverhampton Magistrates’ Court, it was decided that Prince Agyemang, of St Albans Road, would face trial at Wolverhampton Crown Court.
The first appearance, a plea and trial preparation hearing, has been scheduled for August 2.

The 24-year-old faces two charges, attempting to engage in sexual communication with a child and attempting to cause or incite a girl under 13 to engage in sexual activity.
According to court documents, it is alleged that between March 12 and March 15, 2022, he intentionally tried to sexually communicate with a child “for the purpose of obtaining sexual gratification” and “attempted to intentionally incite a girl under the age of 13, to engage in penetrative sexual activity”.
The documents add that he either denied the charges or did not enter a plea at the magistrates' court.
