Any residents who are not sure where to vote can look at the polling stations for their ward here.
The address will have been printed on polling cards, which should have been sent out to everyone on the electoral register before today (July 4).
If it has not turned up, or has been lost, the location of each site is shown on the map below.
Voters can also search for their station through the Electoral Commission website here.
Polls will be open from 7am to 10pm today (July 4) and voter ID will be required.
