Plans to build a 1,300-home estate on a Green Belt site are among this week's planning applications in Watford, Three Rivers, Dacorum and Hertsmere.
We reported this week how care home operator Trulocom had applied to Hertsmere Borough Council for permission to redevelop a 93-acre plot of land to the south of Bushey between Heathbourne Road and the M1.
