The driver and passenger of a Smart car were seriously injured in a two-car smash.
Herts Police are appealing for witnesses, information, and dash cam footage after the crash at around 10pm on Saturday (June 22) in Watling Street, near Elstree.
A Fiat 500X Cross and a Smart car were involved and, while the sole occupant of the Fiat suffered slight injuries, the both the driver and passenger of the Smart car required hospital treatment.

Sergeant Tim Davies said: “I’d like to hear from anyone who was driving in the area and may have witnessed what happened or the events leading up to it.
“I also encourage anyone who has a dash cam fitted to please review your footage as you may have captured something which could help us with our investigation.
“I’m also keen to trace the driver of a black car which is reported to have been in the area at the time but left the scene prior to police arriving.”
