A man in his 60s was robbed by two people in Rickmansworth - sparking a police appeal for witnesses.
The victim was approached by two men in Frogmoor Lane by Rickmansworth Aquadrome on Wednesday, June 19, who threatened him before grabbing his bag which had cash and bank cards.
It happened at around 10pm, with suspects described as being white and around 20 years old. One was wearing a dark coloured tracksuit.
One of them said they had a knife but it wasn't seen by the victim, a Herts Police spokesperson said.
Detective Constable Vanessa Gottman said: “I’d like to hear from anyone who was in the area around the time of the incident and saw anyone matching the description, anything suspicious or anyone running away from the Aquadrome area to get in touch."
Information can be reported by emailing vanessa.gottman@herts.police.uk or via the Herts Police website, quoting reference 41/49736/24.
It comes amid a wave of robberies in the Cassiobury area of Watford this month, as well as a child being robbed at knifepoint in Kings Langley.
