Magistrates have banned a Watford man from a pub for two years after he admitted criminal damage.
Barry Mahoney, of Whippendell Road, appeared at Willesden Magistrates' Court yesterday (June 19) charged with assault by beating and criminal damage valued under £5,000.
The 41-year-old pleaded guilty to damaging the window of the Tiffty Tom's pub in Neasden Lane, London, on May 20, and attacking a woman who had a domestic violence protection order against him.
He was handed a community order banning him from the pub for two years, made to pay £200 compensation, and must complete a 30-day rehabilitation activity.
Mahoney committed the offences on the same day he also appeared at Hatfield Magistrates' Court over several charges between January 2023 and this May.
He pleaded guilty to stealing a £400 gift set from Boots in Watford on January 17, 2023, as well as driving a Audi A1 without a licence or insurance and failing to identify himself to police on September 2 last year.

As part of a community order handed down by the court, he was ordered to pay a £75 fine and £250 in compensation to the victims, and was disqualified from driving for 18 months starting from August 2023.
