Herts Police are "increasingly concerned" for the welfare of a missing woman from Bushey.

  • Update: Police confirmed the woman has now been found safe and well.

Valerie, 68, was last seen in the town at around 10.40am today (Wednesday, June 19).

She is described as being around 5ft 6in tall and of slim build with short, dark red hair. She was last seen wearing a gold raincoat, blue jeans and slip-on shoes.

"Officers are growing increasingly concerned for Valerie’s welfare," a police spokesperson said. "If you have seen Valerie since she was reported missing or have information about where she has been, report information online at herts.police.uk/report, speak to an operator in our Force Communications Room via our online web chat at herts.police.uk/contact or call the non-emergency number 101, quoting ISR 260 of 19 June."

Anyone who believes they are with Valerie now or have just seen here has been urged to call 999 immediately.
