A proposal to build a new golf facility at a luxury hotel is among this week's planning applications in Watford, Three Rivers, Dacorum and Hertsmere.

The Watford Observer reported this week how The Grove, in Chandler's Cross, has applied to construct a new building next to the driving range which would offer three training rooms, as well as an equipment facility for fitting and testing personalised golf clubs.
