Retail units at the Ascot Road development in Watford are on the market as the site nears completion.
Phase One of the development is set to be finished later this year, including 450 flats and a 24-storey tower block, while work on Phase Two, made up of a further 311 homes, is well underway.
Ahead of the developments completion, retail units have started to go up on the market.
Unit 1 Acer Point measures 2,772sqft and has been listed for rent at £3,333 per month by estate agent Brasier Freeth, while Unit 2 Indigo Plaza is up for £2,917.
Unit 1 can also be split into two with 1,315sqft and 1,266sqft of space.
"The units are newly built, ground floor retail premises, built to a developer shell specification including capped services and glazed shop front," the listing reads.
"The unit can also be provided with the benefit of outside seating areas, with further details on request.
"Ascot Road is a high quality, predominantly build-to-rent residential development, approximately 1.5 miles west of Watford town centre, with facilities including on site concierge, gym, club rooms, media rooms, business centre and workspace."
