Watford cops had their days brightened when they received a “lovely” note.

It said: “Amidst the hustle and bustle, your steadfast presence brings peace and security to our lives.

“Your bravery and kindness are truly inspiring. May this note be a small reminder of how much you are valued and appreciated. Have an amazing day.
“With heartfelt thanks, Prince.”

“Thank you for your kind words,” the force responded. “They truly brightened up our officers' day.”

Tackling street-related antisocial behaviour in North Watford’s St Albans Road was announced as a neighbourhood policing priority for the town in May.
This means that the area is seeing an increased police presence, more engagement events, and targeted enforcement to tackle the issue.
