Hello, my name’s Angus, and I’m a six-year-old chap who’s looking for a new home. I came into the National Animal Welfare Trust due to a change in my owner’s circumstances. But I was very stressed in the cattery so the team sent me to a foster home so I could have a more relaxing environment during the adoption process.
I was quite shy when I was at the rescue centre but since I’ve been in my foster home I’ve been coming out of hiding for fuss, which is great progress! The team are sure that I will come on in leaps and bounds now.
I could live with teenage children that would respect my space and give me time to get used to being around them. I’d need to be the only pet in the home as I find other cats and dogs very scary.
When I’ve settled in I’ll need outdoor access so I can get lots of mental stimulation and exercise. I’m used to living near quiet roads, so I’d like a home in a quiet area if possible.
If you have space in your heart and home for a lovely boy like me, then apply for me today. Email reception@nawt.org.uk or call 0208 950 0711 (option 2).
Did you know you even if you can’t rehome Angus or one of his friends right now, you can choose an item from the NAWT’s Amazon wish-list and it will go straight to them!
