Magistrates have ordered for a 60-year-old Watford woman to be sent to Poland to face fraud charges.

Boguslawa Bozena Fundowicz, of Park Avenue, appeared at Westminster Magistrates' Court on May 30 where the extradition order was granted.

She was released on conditional bail with an electronic tag and ordered to report to Watford police station every day while she waits to be sent to Poland.

Fundowicz was banned from applying for international travel documents and a £10,000 security payment was taken by the court to ensure she reappears.

Hollie McNally, of Gullet Wood Road in Watford, has avoided punishment after she broke an antisocial behaviour order on a property in Wembley.

The 40-year-old was given a conditional discharge for six months at Willesden Magistrates' Court on Saturday (June 1) after she admitted remaining at 19 Bridgewater Court on April 25 despite a court-ordered closure notice issued that day.

She also admitted failing to turn up to court on May 24 after she was released on bail in April and was fined £100.
