A serving police officer has been charged with more serious sexual offences.

Jake Cummings, a Met Police officer from Hemel Hempstead, was suspended from duty after he was charged with one count of rape, two counts of stalking, and two counts of controlling and coercive behaviour.

Today (June 3), Herts Police confirmed the 23-year-old has now also been charged with a further count of rape, two counts of stalking, two counts of controlling and coercive behaviour, and three counts of voyeurism.

The initial charges had all involved one woman in Hertfordshire.

In total Cummings now faces two counts of rape, three counts of coercive controlling behaviour, three counts of stalking, and three counts of voyeurism.
