Magistrates have sentenced an 18-year-old for threatening someone with a broken bottle in a nightclub.
Rhys Robinson, of Belgrave Avenue in Watford, appeared at High Wycombe Magistrates' Court and Family Court yesterday, May 30, over an incident in the Winkers Nightclub in Chalfont St Peter on March 3, 2023.
Robinson, who was 17 at the time, initially denied assaulting a man and threatening him with a broken bottle but changed his plea to guilty on March 25.
He was handed 120 hours of unpaid work as part of a 12 month community order, and ordered to pay the victim £150 compensation.

Also in court:
Jamal Rattab, of Varney Road in Hemel Hempstead, also appeared at St Albans Magistrates' Court yesterday for sentencing after he admitted sexual assault at Watford Junction.
The 44-year-old previously denied touching a woman over 16 inappropriately without her consent on July 24, 2022, but changed his plea to guilty in February.
Rattab was added to the sexual offenders' register for five years and ordered to pay £914, including a £180 fine.
He was also handed a community order which requires him to complete a rehabilitation activity for up to 30 days.
