Hertfordshire Police released an image of a woman they were looking for after a dog was "dangerously out of control" in Watford.
A dogwalker may need plastic surgery after she was attacked while walking her own dog along Stratford Road at around 6.15am on Friday, May 24.
The woman in her 40s was approached by what is believed to be a black German Shepherd-type breed, which attacked her pet before biting the woman's hand.
