Watford could see thunderstorms today as a yellow weather warning has been issued.
Starting from 12pm, the town will fall within a Met Office thunderstorm warning with heavy rain and thunderstorms expected to lead to “some disruption”.
The alert, which lasts until midnight tonight, spreads across East Anglia and the southeast of England, from Norfolk to Portsmouth.
