The case of a Watford man accused of making over 1,100 sexual images of children is set to be heard in crown court.
Kevin O’Neill, of The Roundway, appeared at St Albans Magistrates’ Court today, May 9, charged with three counts of making indecent photographs of children and one count of possessing an extreme pornographic image portraying an act of intercourse with an animal.
The 38-year-old is alleged to have made 340 of the most serious category A photographs, 208 category B and 616 category C images of children in Watford between May 16, 2020, and January 11, 2022.

O’Neill was also accused of owning an “extreme pornographic” image which showed someone performing an act of intercourse with a live unknown animal in “an explicit and realistic way”.
Court files show that he indicated a not guilty plea or no plea was entered, and the case was sent for trial preparation at St Albans Crown Court on June 5.

Daniel Soz, 29, of Cecil Street in Watford, will appear at St Albans Magistrates’ Court tomorrow, May 10, over three counts of making indecent photographs of children and having a prohibited image of a child.
Soz is charged with making a total of 510 incident photos and videos in Watford between January 27, 2009, and April 24, 2023, as well as owning 14 prohibited images.
