A Watford woman is set to appear in crown court accused of swinging a "bladed article" at emergency workers attending a welfare report.
"Thirteen police cars, three police vans and an ambulance" were spotted south of the Callowland Recreation Ground, according to residents, early on Friday, April 26.
They were called at around 4.36am to a report of a public order incident in Ashby Road, a Herts Police spokesperson said.
Ashleigh Knapp, 32, of Ashby Road, was arrested and charged with affray before appearing at Hatfield Magistrates' Court on Saturday, April 27.
