A 27-year-old man has been charged after allegedly striking a car with a metal pole.
At around 6.50am on Wednesday (April 24), a grey Fiat Punto was struck with the pole on Farmhouse Lane, Hemel Hempstead.
The man, also from Hemel Hempstead, was later charged with criminal damage, witness or juror intimidation and obstructing a police officer.
Detective Sergeant Yolanda Morales-Willis said: “Following a successful charging decision, I am continuing to appeal for anyone with information to please come forward.
