A Watford man will appear in crown court accused of attempted rape and repeatedly sexually assaulting a woman.
Antony Higby, of Rosslyn Road, was at Stevenage Magistrates' Court yesterday (April 16) charged with three counts of assault by penetration and one count of attempted rape.
The attempted rape allegedly happened in Stevenage, and all charges relate to incidents between February 18 and 22, 2022.
The 27-year-old was released on unconditional bail until he next appears at Cambridge Crown Court to make a plea on May 14.

Also in court:
Jamal Rattab, 44, of Varney Road in Hemel Hempstead, appeared at St Albans Magistrates' Court for sentencing on April 4 after he was found guilty of sexually assaulting a woman at Watford Junction Station on July 24, 2022.
In February, the court found he had touched a woman aged 16 or over in a sexual manner without her consent and when he did not reasonably believe she was consenting.
Following his latest appearance, the case was adjourned again for a medical or psychiatric assessment to be made before sentencing on May 30.
