A man has been arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm after a woman was left with a fractured pelvis.
Herts Police have appealed for witnesses and information following a crash in Harthall Lane between 8.15am and 9am on Friday (April 12).
It reportedly involved a pedestrian and a grey Ford Transit Connect near a driveway in the road, between Kings Langley and Pimlico.

The victim, a woman in her 30s, suffered a fractured pelvis and was taken to hospital where she remains at this time.
Police said they arrested a 43-year-old man from Pimlico on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm without intent and theft. He has been released on bail with conditions.
Detective Constable Thomas Eldred said: “Our enquires continue, and I am appealing for any witnesses who have not yet spoken to us to come forward.
“If you were driving in the area at the time and have a dash cam fitted, please check it as you may have recorded some crucial footage.
