A 56-year-old man living in Watford has been ordered to leave the UK over child pornography charges.
Jaroslaw Tuszynski, 56, of Marlborough Road, will be sent to Poland after an extradition order was granted at Westminster Magistrates' Court on Monday, March 25.
A warrant has been issued by the country for the 56-year-old over alleged fraud and possession of indecent images of children.
Tuszynski has been released on conditional bail and must remain at the Watford address with a curfew before he is later forced to leave the country.

He has surrendered his ID card to the police and paid a £2,500 security bond to ensure he appears again.
The 56-year-old was also banned from holding or applying for foreign travel documents, or visiting international travel hubs.

Mark Stubbington, 52, of Greenbank Road in Watford, was handed a 21-month prison sentence suspended for two years after he sent explicit images of himself to a police officer pretending to be a 13-year-old schoolgirl in February 2022.
At St Albans Crown Court on March 11, Stubbington was ordered to complete 30 rehabilitation days, a 12-month mental health treatment requirement, and 150 hours’ unpaid work.
He must register as a sex offender and abide by the terms of a sexual harm prevention order for 10 years.
