The unit for a large Watford town centre store has gone on the market for a new business to move in.
DEBRA Charity Furniture & Electrical's unit in Queens Road spans 4,325-square-feet, around the size of one and a half tennis courts.
A brochure for the leasehold was shared by estate agent Perry Holt this morning (March 25) with a new lease at £50,000 per year to be agreed, with regular rent reviews, when a tenant is found to take over.

It highlights the wide corner frontage, good footfall and parking spaces. Business rates are listed at £18,712.50.
The existing charity shop sells “preloved” items, particularly furniture but also including homeware, electrics, and clothing.
DEBRA, the Butterfly Skin Charity, supports people with epidermolysis bullosa(EB).
EB covers a group of genetic skin conditions that cause the skin to become very fragile. According to the NHS, any trauma or friction to the skin can cause painful blisters.
According to the estate agent, the charity has served notice to leave the unit.
