Plans to knock through the walls and combine two Watford homes worth more than £1millon have been submitted.
According to the design and access statement attached to the application, which was submitted to Watford Borough Council this week, the applicant received planning approval to extend their property before an opportunity to purchase the neighbouring home appeared.
Updated alterations now include merging it with the other property as well as making a rear/side extension to create a single family-home. A conservatory that was previously added would be demolished and replaced.
