A show home has been launched at a Watford development of more than 1,000 properties.
The Eight Gardens’ developer Berkeley is now offering prospective buyers an opportunity to see how the apartments will look inside in its massive development.
“The launch of our show home is an exciting next step for the development, still in its first phase, providing us with a space in which to really showcase to buyers the standout quality they can expect,” said Berkeley sales and marketing director Charlotte Berrington.

“This project represents a unique opportunity to invest in Watford's future while generating attractive rental income.
“As the catalyst for over £1.6 billion of planned local regeneration and infrastructure upgrades, The Eight Gardens provides buyers an early foothold in one of the South East's most promising commuter towns.”
The show home has been decorated with artwork celebrating the area from Croxley Green artist Lou Winwood.
She said: “To be asked to create all seven unique pieces of artwork The Eight Gardens was a fantastic opportunity.
“My work is being showcased in a beautiful, modern interior. It was a pleasure to research in depth the history, nature and personalities that inspired the work and that make Watford a great place to call home.”
Union Court, which will be ready to move into at the end of this year, is the first phase to be released and properties are available to reserve. There are a selection of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments to visit with prices ranging from £320,500 to £627,000.
In total, The Eight Gardens will include 1,214 residential units across 11 buildings - including towers of 28, 24, and 22 storeys. A planning application to vary phase two towers and add 75 more homes is currently pending Watford Borough Council approval.
The project, off St Albans Road and a few minutes’ walk from Watford Junction, will also feature commercial units, a pub/bar, takeaway, energy centre, a primary school and nursery, and an outdoor square.
