The cost of residents car parking permits in Three Rivers is due to increase on Monday while a busy road in Watford is set to be closed for roadworks.

Three Rivers – residents car parking permit charges
The cost of residents’ parking permits in Three Rivers will increase from Monday.
The annual charge for a permit in zones A, A1, B, C, C1, E, BED, RG, NS, GS and NL will increase from £60 to £75 for a first permit and from £110 to £138 for a second permit.
In zones CG, D, OW, OZ and W the cost of a first permit will rise from £30 to £38 and from £55 to £69 for a second permit.
Increases have also been agreed for a range of other permits and for the cost of visitor vouchers.

Hagden Lane – temporary closure
Herts County Council is intending to make an order to close a section of Hagden Lane, Watford, for roadworks.
It will prohibit all vehicles from using Hagden Lane from its junction with Benskin Road north-westwards, south-westwards and north-westwards to its junction with Belgrave Avenue, a distance of approximately 336m.
Additionally, all vehicles will be prohibited from waiting at any time on both sides of this section of the road whilst the works are carried out.
The order, if made, will come into force on March 25 and be valid for up to 18 months, but the restrictions will only apply at the times shown on signs on or near the road.
Estate of Kevin Fenton
Anyone having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Kevin Fenton, late of 323 Park Avenue, Bushey, WD23 2DR, who died on December 3, 2017, should send details to Iain Christopher Donaldson c/o Hill Dickinson LLP, The Broadgate Tower, 20 Primrose Street, London, EC2A 2EW.
This should be done by May 9, 2024.
