A woman has admitted to burglary and attempted burglary of McDonald's in Watford.
Jessica Ellis entered the restaurant as a trespasser and stole around £25 in cash on February 22, before returning with the intent to steal on February 26.
The 28-year-old indicated a guilty plea for both attempting burglary with intent to steal and burglary (theft) at Hatfield Magistrates’ Court on March 9.
She also pleaded guilty to failure to comply with a community protection notice.

The breach was because she was seen in Watford Town Centre on two separate occasions between February 22 and 26 (within McDonald’s) after a notice prohibiting this had been issued.
Ellis, of Coates Way, Watford, has been released on bail with conditions while a pre-sentence report is prepared.
The next court appearance is set to be held at St Albans Magistrates’ Court on the morning of March 25, for sentencing to take place.
