A woman from Bushey has been fined after she was caught speeding six times within a month, including going 48mph in a 30mph zone.
Emma Bloomfield, of Hartswood Close, was handed a £342 fine and had six points added to her licence at St Albans Magistrates’ Court yesterday, March 5.
The 45-year-old was taken to court over the string of speeding offences in her Audi A1 in the Watford area last year, four of which happened in the same road.
On April 28, Bloomfield was captured driving at 40mph along the 30mph-rated Scots Hill, Croxley Green.
The next day, she was also recorded speeding twice on the A412 Rickmansworth Road, going 36 and 48 mph in the 30mph limit.

Just days later, she drove 36mph and 38mph on the same road on May 3 and 4.
On May 19, the Audi driver was also caught going 36mph in the 30mph zone in Gammons Lane.
In court, Bloomfield was also sentenced for not giving her identity to police when required to six times in Stevenage between May 10 and June 26.
