The theft of a bike that was set to raise money for a fledgling community organisation has been caught on video.
Ryan White, who is registered blind after being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, shared Ring footage of a man stealing it from the side of a property in Gibbs Couch, Carpenders Park.
A hooded person is seen exiting the house's side passage at 5.42am on February 27, before returning minutes later and nabbing the bike at 5.44am.
The dark blue Bickerton folding mountain bike, which retails for between £400 and £600, was a donation and due to be sold to raise money for Ryan’s new non-profit organisation Good Vibrations Watford.

Ryan, 37, said he feels angry and disappointed by the theft, which represents a knockback for the group he set up just eight weeks ago.
Good Vibrations Watford runs weekly sessions at the Carpenders Park community hall offering free musical lessons, and hot food and drink.
The organisation also fixes unwanted instruments to raise money and runs free workshops on repairing them.
He said £400 is a "massive amount for us at the moment", adding: “That was going to kickstart the next five sessions, to get some food and repair some of the instruments which can then generate more money for the group.
“I feel disappointed and angry. I still feel like I want to help the community in some way, so I'm going to have to try and find a way around it.”

Ryan is trying to secure a permanent home for the non-profit, as it currently rents out the community hall.
Money raised from the sale could have been spent on a block booking for five weeks of meetings, as well as food for the meetings and instrument repairs.
Herts Police confirmed they are investigating and asked anyone with information to report it via their website or by calling 101, quoting reference: 41/16687/27.
