A proposal to build flats in a pub's car park are among the planning applications submitted to Watford, Three Rivers, Dacorum and Hertsmere councils.

An application has been lodged with Three Rivers District Council to knock down a garage and build three one-bedroom apartments in the car park of The Western, in Rickmansworth High Street.
