A Watford man will appear in court accused of stealing clothes from a car and making a threatening phone call to the victim.
Manjivan Dhindsa, of Cassiobury Drive, was charged in connection with the theft of a suitcase containing clothing from a purple Mini Cooper.
It allegedly happened in Princes Avenue, Watford, between 8.30pm and 9pm on February 7.
The 30-year-old was charged with theft from a motor vehicle and sending a communication conveying a threatening message.
A woman in her 40s was the victim of both offences.

Dhindsa was released on bail with strict conditions until his St Albans Magistrates’ Court appearance on March 12.
A 37-year-old man from Watford was also arrested on suspicion of theft and going equipped for theft from a motor vehicle, but was released with no further action.
On the same day, less than a mile away, a licence plate was stolen from a grey Mercedes CLA Coupe parked at the Morrisons in Ascot Road, between 4.30pm and 5.30pm.
No arrests have been made and police have appealed for any information to be reported alongside crime reference 41/10893/24.
