A man has been sentenced after he was caught in possession of cocaine while driving without a licence.
Nadir Bugtti, of Sorrel Close in Peterborough, was sentenced over a series of crimes in Rickmansworth on May 11.
He admitted possession of cocaine and cannabis, driving without the correct licence and insurance, and obstructing/resisting a police officer.
The 32-year-old, who is currently in jail for a separate offence, was ordered to pay £300 in fines, a £120 victim surcharge, £85 court costs, and had eight points added to his licence.

Bugtti is serving two years and 10 months in jail after he broke a police officer's nose and eye socket while attempting to escape arrest in Peterborough on January 14, 2023.
He pleaded guilty at Peterborough Crown Court in November 2023 to grievous bodily harm without intent, escaping police custody, possession with intent to supply class B drugs and possession of class A drugs.

A 16-year-old from Rickmansworth has been sentenced at St Albans Magistrates' Court on February 7 for knife and drug offences in Chorleywood.
He pleaded guilty to possessing a knife, as well as two Class A drugs, MDMA and the opioid Tapentadol, and the Class C drug Xanax on Whitelands Avenue on April 29, 2023.
The teenager was handed a three-month electronic monitoring curfew between 9pm and 7am and must attend 15 days of reparation activity.
