A man has been found guilty of a sexual assault at Watford Junction.
Jamal Rattab appeared in St Albans Magistrates’ Court on Monday (February 19) where he was found to have touched a woman aged 16 or over in a sexual manner without her consent and when he did not reasonably believe she was consenting.
The 44-year-old had denied the charge at a previous hearing in April last year.
Rattab, of Varney Road, Hemel Hempstead, committed the offence at the train station on July 24, 2022.
The next appearance is set for April 4 after the case was adjourned for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.
