A thief has been caught on video brazenly stealing tools from a front garden in Bushey.
The footage, captured on a doorbell camera, shows a man loading an orange bucket of tools into a van at around 1pm on Wednesday, February 14, in Ashfield Avenue.
He looks around briefly before getting into the vehicle and driving off.
Various car tools, including jacks, torque wrenches, drill bits, and other equipment, were reportedly stolen.
The camera did not capture the van’s registration number but the victim has appealed for any information in local social media groups.
