A major Watford road is set to have temporary lights in place tomorrow to allow for new signs to be installed.
Hertfordshire County Council will be carrying out “highway repair and maintenance works” in North Western Avenue between 9.30am and 3.30pm tomorrow (February 16), according to One Network.
Multi-way signals will be operating in the road, opposite the entrance to North Watford Jamia Mosque, while the ‘no U-turn’ plates there are replaced by the council.
The works could cause delays for motorists' journeys in the A41 tomorrow, the One Network entry adds.

Meanwhile, works in Hempstead Road under temporary lights continue as UK Power Networks carries-out separate works there.
The footway has been closed since February 10 and motorists have reported significant delays getting by the lights in both directions, near the junction with Courtlands Drive.
The planned maintenance there is set to last until the morning of February 19.
