A crash closed a major road in Watford this morning causing rush-hour delays.
Police were called at around 6.10am after a silver Mercedes van smashed into the central reservation in Stephenson Way.
The incident forced the road to close northbound between the A411 Beechen Grove and Colonial Way at 6.45am.

The driver, a man in his 40s, remained at the scene. There have been no reported injuries and no arrests made, a force spokesperson said.
The road reopened at 7.25am and the delays have now cleared.
An East of England Ambulance Service spokesperson said: "One rapid response vehicle was sent to the A4008 near Watford this morning following reports of a road traffic collision. There were no casualties."
