A patch of patio and land behind it have been put on the market as a possible housing development.
Despite currently being occupied by part of a garden and a garage, the land in Creasy Close, Abbots Langley, “could be suitable for a residential-led scheme”, according to a listing with a £350,000 guide price.
The application site also includes the shed and part of the garden for the property behind the garage, as well as a much smaller part of the garden of the property alongside it (facing Tibbs Hill Road).

The freehold land is being marketed by estate agent Robsons. The brochure adds that: “Interested parties will need to make their own enquiries in respect of any matters relating to planning as we are unable to comment.
“Our clients will consider conditional and unconditional bids, subject to contract and planning.”
A planning application for two two-storey houses at the same site was refused after appeal in 2009 and then another was withdrawn in 2022, after eight objections from locals.
