- The A41 between Watford and Hemel Hempstead is reportedly closed near Hemel after becoming a "mini-lake".
- Eastwick Road (A414), near Stanstead, White Hill, near Walkern, and the A602 Hooks Cross, near Stevenage have also seen closures or part-closures.
