A former Moss Bros store is now available for rent in Watford, and has been listed on Rightmove.
70 High Street, Watford, is being marketed by Brasier Freeth for £7,917 per calendar month or £95,000 per year.
Now rebranded as Moss, the menswear brand has moved from the town's High Street and reopened in the atria shopping centre.
The empty unit left behind comprises of basement, ground and first floor levels, in what has been described as a "prime High Street location".
A total area of 3,342sq ft is included at the site.
