Plans to demolish house and build a 98-bedroom care home are among the planning applications that have been submitted in Watford, Three Rivers, Dacorum and Hertsmere.
The Watford Observer previously reported on the proposal for the site in Heathbourne Road, Bushey Heath, that has been lodged with Hertsmere Borough Council.
If it is given the go-ahead, the Greenacres house would be knocked and replaced but the new facility would take up a much larger area.
