A 23-year-old is wanted by police after allegedly being drunk and disorderly in Watford High Street on New Year’s Day.
Herts Police shared a picture of Junior Nascimento De Pina this afternoon after he did not show up to a St Albans Magistrates’ Court hearing yesterday (January 30).
As well as the drunken behaviour, Nascimento De Pina was also accused of damaging a police van and having a bag of cannabis in the town on the same day.

Ahead of the court date he had faced three charges: drunk and disorderly in a public place, criminal damage to property valued under £5000, and possess a controlled drug of class b- cannabis/cannabis resin.
